Through a creative and dynamic process of exploration that could include art, movement, metaphor, psychodrama and role play, this direct and honest experience of yourself, in relationship with a responsive and caring other, can allow for new possibilities to open up that might offer more freedom, authenticity, choice and satisfaction.
